The ideas expressed in Whiteboard files are often needed in other meetings or discussions outside the VIA3 meeting environment. The capability to save a Whiteboard file as a web page provides users with the ability to show the unique ideas or images using a browser window.
To save a Whiteboard as a web page:
Select File>Save as Web Page
Browse to the desired storage location
Enter your file name and click Save
