If a Whiteboard file is currently open in a meeting and another existing Whiteboard is needed, it can be retrieved and opened into the meeting.
There are two methods used for opening an existing Whiteboard (.wbd) file.
Select File>Open from the menu or select the "Open" button from the Toolbar.
Navigate to the desired file and click Open. This will open the file on your computer.
Click the "Add to Meeting" button.
