Common video problems:

  1. Where is my video?
  2. My video is black (instead of showing my video)

Your video is shown on the "Myself" tab in the main window. Follow these steps to display the myself video tab:

  1. Open the View menu and check the "People" box
  2. Enlarge the People pane by clicking and dragging the horizontal splitter upwards.

If the Myself tab shows a black square instead of your video, perform the following steps to verify your configuration:

  1. Exit the meeting.
  2. Locate the Tools Menu above your Contacts and select “Audio/Video Properties”.
  3. Click the Video tab.
  4. Click on the drop-down arrow next to “Video Device” and determine if your camera is shown.
  5. If it is shown, click on your camera so that it is properly selected; then start another meeting to see if your video is now showing.
  6. Visit your webcam manufacturer's website and install the latest drivers.

If your camera is selected properly, but it still does not show your video in a meeting, please contact Client Services.
