In the case that the meeting
was initiated from a "Save Meeting" (file format ".vpmd") file
created by someone else, then the documents listed will be the ones saved by that
individual.When you are in a meeting, the five most recent documents that have been opened by you will appear under the File menu for quick access. Select the document you wish to reintroduce to the meeting and it will immediately be displayed in a Live View window.
If a document listed has be moved or renamed the link will be broken and the file will not open.
