Tip: To open a file into a Live View session, simply
drag & drop the file into the video portion of the VIA3 Meeting window and the
file will open a Live View session in your VIA3 Meeting.
VIA3 allows you to open any file on your computer into a meeting using the Live View application or to open existing Whiteboard files while in the securely shared environment of VIA3 Meetings.
To open a file:
Select File>Open, a Windows Browser will open.
You will be prompted to open files from your "My Documents".
Navigate to the file to be opened and double click on the file.
