New Live View

VIA3 Live View is an application-viewing and sharing tool. With Live View, two or more users can see the same application, and can share control of that application if necessary.

To begin a new Live View session:

1. Click the New Live View button  on the VIA3 Meeting Window toolbar or select Actions>New Live View.

2. The “New Live View” window appears and will prompt you to select the screen region or application you would like others to view.

3. Click “OK” to initiate the session.
