Polling is a feature that will allow users to pose a direct question to the meeting participants and receive feedback within a time frame specified by the user. Pollsters can then release and/or record the results as they see fit.

Select Actions>New Poll. The New Poll window will open.
Click in the Question text box of the New Poll window and type a question.
Ten spaces are provided to enter different answers. Enter your desired answers.
If more than one answer is correct check the box for allowing voters to select multiple answers.
When finished entering the information, click the Start button. The poll will be displayed to meeting participants.
When you are satisfied with the level of participation with the poll click the End Poll button.
Click the Share Results button on the poll dialog to share the results of the poll. When the poll is active, the poll results will only be displayed to voters who have already voted. When the poll is ended, the poll results will be displayed to every voter.

If the poll results need to be saved, click the Save Results button on the poll window.
Navigate in the Save Poll Results dialog to the desired storage location.
Click the Save button on the Save Poll Results dialog to save the poll results in a ".csv" file.
Note:
The poll must be ended before the results can be saved.
