The Options menu item allows a user to view and control which users can include them on their contact lists, it allows users to control which types of notifications are seen “slide-in” on the lower right corner of their screen and it allows users to control their login settings.
The Other’s Contact List tab displays people who have you on their contact list, but are not included in your contact list.
The users listed on the Blocked Users tab are people that you have blocked from contacting you directly. They have been removed from your Contact list.
To unblock a user:
Select the desired user's name from the Blocked Users list.
Click the Unblock button.
The Notifications tab allows you to toggle the fly-in notifications for various VIA3 events. Use the check boxes to turn the fly-in notifications on or off.
Workspace access change. You will be notified if your role has changed on any Workspace.
Someone has chosen to be removed from your contact list.
A new meeting has started.
A new instant message has arrived.
A new chat messages has arrived.
Someone has accepted your invitation to be added to your contact list.
Someone has joined or left a meeting.
Disable fly-in notification chime.
The Login Setting allows users to determine if the VIA3 Log On Window will appear when they start up their computer. If the box here is checked the Log On Window will appear as a part of the start up process.
