There are three methods to add a new contact to your contact list.
From the Launch Pad menu select File>New>Contact.
From the Contacts View
click the New
toolbar button.
From the Launch Pad menu select Tools>New Contact
After selecting to add a new contact, there are two methods
to add them: 
Create a New Contact from an email address: When selecting this option, type in the email address of the person you wish to add to your contact list and click "Next".
Select from existing VIA3 account members. This option displays a list of all of the available users that are associated with your organization's account. Click on the check box next to the individuals you would like to add to your Contact list and click "Next".
