Meeting   

VIA3 meetings are designed to maximize your collaborative efforts with the people in your contact list. There are several ways to start a new meeting:  

  1. Selecting File>New>Meeting - the New Meeting Window opens.

  2. Selecting New>Meet - the New Meeting Window opens.

  3. If you have a contact from your list highlighted, select "Meet"  from the Launch Pad toolbar - the New Meeting Window opens.

 

New Meeting Window

The New Meeting window displays the necessary components to begin a new meeting:

  1. The default text in the Meeting Name window will display the host's name - this may be edited.

  2. Select the invitees you wish to meet with by clicking on the check box next to each of their names.

  3. You can invite anyone not listed by sending them the unique URL displayed in this window.

  4. Click the Meet button.

 

Note: Those attendees invited using the unique URL will have access to VIA3 features for the duration of this meeting. They must become registered users to be added to your contacts list or have access to VIA3 after this meeting ends.
